Adventures on Belle Plagne's doorstep include rock-climbing, Via Ferrata, an adventure forest and horse-riding and also available nearby are quad-bikes and 'dirt-monsters', and microlights and paragliding for an unforgettable bird's eye view of the valley. Also dotted around the local villages are archery, outdoor swimming-pools, tennis, minigolf, trampolines and the relaxing wonders of spa centres - almost too much to fit in during the week!

 

For Ramblers, Hikers & Bikers The beauty of Belle Plagne is its easy access to open countryside, both on foot directly from our Chalet Hotel, or using the cable-car. There is a hiking trail to suit everyone, whether it's looking for marmots, wildflower-spotting, or walking round glistening mountain lakes. With 15 dedicated mountain-bike trails starting at altitude from the top cable-car stations, you can explore the high alpine meadows, ridges and peaks, before enjoying the downhill ride home to Belle Plagne. A special Bikers' Pass for approx. £30 per adult includes your bike-hire, map and use of lifts for the day. The Esprit Welcome Wander on Sundays is a family-friendly walk for all ages, to introduce you to the local area, meet fellow guests and plan the week's activities. A light picnic lunch is included, after which you may leave younger children with our child carers and enjoy a further hour's walk if you wish.
