Why Belle Plagne?

Belle Plagne is an attractive village of local wood and stone buildings, set in a scenic position on the Bellecôte Massif, with a pretty, flower-filled pedestrianised centre. The village is surrounded by rolling green pastures, pine woods, and panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountain peaks.

There is plenty to do in Belle Plagne itself and it is easy to get to all the other nearby La Plagne villages by car, free bus or cable-car.

Chamonix is the closest for a 2-centre stay, and its vibrantly busy Alpine centre makes a good contrast to the more tranquil setting of Belle Plagne. Saas Fee also makes an excellent twin, with its chocolate box Swiss charm and sensational views.
