How much is ski carriage? On European charter flights we have to make a charge of £25 per snowboard or pair of skis to guarantee carriage. This must be ordered at the time of booking. |

What will my children be doing in Super Sprites? After lunch, your children will be taken onto the slopes to have fun on snowblades, snowboards and racquette walks etc. Every afternoon they will be trying a different snow-based activity. |

Does Nursery include lunch? Yes. Babies are fed either your own supplied baby food or we have a selection of baby Organix jars. Children on solids have lunch specially prepared by our catering staff. |

Is my 3 year old able to ski? Yes, we take children into our Spritelets ski class from 3 years of age as long as they are out of nappies. |

If I have booked my child into all day care but would like to take them out half way through the day, can I do this? Yes, just tell the Snow Ranger in the morning and they can tell you where the group will be and at what time so you can meet them. |

When will I get my tickets? We no longer send out tickets for air travel. Instead we send an "e-ticket" document which lists the names of all your party members and gives a reference number for the booking which will be recognised at the check-in desk. We send e-tickets out approximately four weeks before departure. |

Can my child of nearly 3 years old ski in the Spritelets class? Unfortunately not. Experience has shown that children under three find the experience too overwhelming and ski schools will not accept them. |

Why are Spritelets lessons in the afternoon? It is warmer in the afternoon so the young children don’t get too cold. It is also much less crowded on the nursery slopes in the afternoon and in the mornings they will have the Snow Club rooms to themselves. |
